These are the handheld device or benchtop device, sometimes placed on a cart, with a display (usually LCD), a keypad to enter information, and a slot to insert a test strip or sample tube. Hemostasis analyzer is important to diagnose potential causes of haemorrhage, to guide hemostatic therapies, and to predict the risk of bleeding during consecutive surgical procedures.

A hemostasis analyzers are laboratory equipments which help medical practitioners for treating patients with blood clotting and bleeding disorder.
